Aluminum Plate System

Introduction: Aluminum plate panels have become a top choice for architects and specification writers looking for a durable long lasting modular panel system. With the ability to form aluminum panels into any shape or form, curved or flat, Titan metals Ltd. can provide a complete supply and installation package for any project.

Material: The Aluminum plate panel is fabricated from 3mm (1/8Ó) thick architectural grade aluminum. It is formed and bent into any shape complete with welded corners for a smooth, clean appearance.

Installation:The aluminum plate panel system can be installed in many different applications including column covers, soffits, fascias and walls. Acting as a pressure equalization rain screen system, the aluminum plate panel system is designed to vent the wall cavity and drain moisture. The system can be installed using light gauge framing or fastened directly to most substrates.

 

Aluminum Composite Panel System

Introduction: Aluminum composite panels offer a solution to modernizing existing buildings and providing new buildings with a high-tech appearance. The Aluminum composite panel system can be fabricated from any pre-finished selected plank color. Consult with your Titan Metals Ltd. representative about minimum and maximum plank sizes.

Material: The aluminum composite panel system is available in a range of different coatings and colors to suit any requirement. The material is also available in a fire-resistant core.

Installation: The aluminum composite panel system is installed very similar to our Aluminum Plate Panel System. Each panel is installed using perimeter extrusions that hook on to clips installed to a framing system. The panels can be installed using a 13mm (1/2Ó) dry joint system of a 13mm (1/2Ó) caulked joint system. Both applications can suit any condition and appearance requested.

Metal Siding System

With many different siding profiles, colors and design applications, Metal Siding systems have become an important design element in todayÕs manufacturing facilities, schools and logistic buildings.

Material: Metal siding is available in various gauges, colors and profiles. The gauges range between 16 gauge and 26 gauge depending upon profile and color availability. Consult with your Titan Metals Ltd. representative about color and profile availability.

Installation: Metal siding is generally installed using light gauge metal framing fastened to structural steel or concrete. The system can be installed using a metal liner sheet complete with insulation, or installed single-skin. Metal siding can be installed in many different fashions. Titan Metals Ltd. employs a team of designers and engineers to assist Owners, Architects and Engineers to achieve a safe, reliable and functional design

 

Insulated Metal Panel System

Introduction: Insulated Metal Panels deliver many advantages to energy-efficient building products. The Insulated metal panels provide a superior product compared to traditional siding materials and construction methods. There is a vast selection of standard stock colors as well as custom colors.

Material: Insulated Metal Panels are manufactured by sandwiching self-setting foam insulation between an Inner metal liner skin and an outer metal skin. The outer skin can be manufactured from a stucco exterior finish or smooth finish.

Installation: The Installation of Insulated Metal Panels is faster than tradition metal siding installations. The Insulated Metal Panels are installed directly to structural steel framing and available to span further distances than generic metal siding and provides a hidden fastener visual appearance. The selection of this product will greatly lower installation and fabrication costs on many projects.

High Density Composite Panel System (HDCP)

Introduction: High Density Composite Panels (HDCP) with its natural wood grain finish can transform any interior or exterior space into a warm atmosphere without sacrificing its natural appeal. HDCP can bring any building to life with its natural grain finish and available anti-graffiti coating. HDCP is an available alternative to improve a buildings appearance while improving building maintenance.

Material: HDCP is manufactured using a thermosetting phenolic resin-bonded cellulose fibre core faced with natural veneers. HDCP is also available in many exterior finishes including checker plate rubber, smooth rubber, perforated or natural wood grain finish. With many combinations available, Titan metals can provide a finish exterior system to last for years to come.

Installation: HDCP can be installed face-fastened to light gauge framing or with approved manufacturers extruded aluminum hidden fastener system. The sheets can be installed in any direction and field-cut to any width, length and shape.

 

High Density Cement Composite Panel System (HDCCP)

Introduction: High Density Cement Composite Panel Systems (HDCCP) is a cement cladding panel system used to create contrast and introduce a new medium that opens up entirely new possibilities for design. The panel is available in a range of colors and textures to increase the overall appearance and integrity or any structure.

Material: The material is manufactured using a cement fiber reinforced core fabricated to specific length, width and depth. HDCCP can be manufactured into many different shapes and colors to compliment any design. The complexity of any design can be simplified with the ability to saw cut and shape HDCCP on-site anywhere to complete any project.

Installation: The installation of the HDCP system is similar to the HDCCP system. The pre-engineered system is installed using either an aluminum extrusion hanging system or light gauge metal framing. All materials are field measured prior to site/shop fabrication to ensure a proper fit and design.

 

Steel roof and floor decking

Introduction: Steel roof deck is a structural component used on flat roof applications. The roof sheet spans over structural supports to provide flat strong substrates to apply built-up roofing, membrane roofing and/or insulated metal roofing systems. Steel roof deck can be used and a wide variety of other applications including curved roofing, sloped roofing and wall backing.

Steel floor deck / composite slabs are used in many different applications to provide mezzanines for industrial buildings, multiple floors for office buildings and second floors for schools. In some cases, shear studs, screeds and closure angels are installed to complete the steel floor deck package.

Material: Steel roof and floor deck can be rolled from many different materials and gauges to suit any application. Steel deck can be rolled from such materials as Galvanized sheet steel, pre-finished colored sheet steel and Barrier series prefinished sheet steel to list a few.
